Where is Clays Sanitary Ware located?
Our showroom is at Clays Sanitary Ware & Fitting Ware House, Nazimabad A Road, near Aman Grand Tower, Firdous Colony, New Golimar, Karachi 74600, Pakistan. We are open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 8pm and closed on Sunday. You are welcome to visit to see our commodes, basins and Orissa pans in person.
What products do you sell?
We supply ceramic sanitary ware in white and ivory finishes: one piece commodes (W.C.), vanity and counter-top basins, pedestal and freestanding wash basins, a wadu (ablution) basin and Orissa squatting pans. Each product page lists the model code and exact dimensions.
Why are prices not shown on the website?
Prices of ceramic sanitary ware change with finish, quantity and delivery location, so we share the latest price on request. This way you always get an accurate, up-to-date quote instead of an old list price.
How do I get a price quote?
You have three easy options: tap Ask on WhatsApp on any product; or add products to your Quote List with Add to Quote and send the whole list to us on WhatsApp; or submit it through the Request a Quote form. Our team replies with prices, availability and delivery charges, usually within working hours on the same day.
Can I request a quote for many products at once?
Yes. Add every product you need to your Quote List, set the quantity for each, and send one request. This is ideal for builders, contractors and complete bathroom projects.
Do you deliver outside Karachi?
Yes. We deliver within Karachi and to other cities across Pakistan. Delivery charges depend on your city and the size of the order, and are included in your quote before you confirm.
How do I pay for my order?
Once you accept our quote, we ask for an advance deposit to confirm the order, and the balance is paid on delivery. Our team will share the payment details and the deposit amount with your quote.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on stock and your location. We confirm the expected delivery date with your quote, and our team keeps you updated on WhatsApp until your order arrives.
What if a product arrives damaged?
Please check all items on the spot at the time of delivery. If anything is broken or defective, show it to our delivery team right away and we will arrange a replacement. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Do your products have a warranty?
Our ceramic products are covered against genuine company or manufacturing faults. We also provide one-time maintenance free of cost if the plunger (flush mechanism) is not working or there is any other fault. Each claim is checked by our team. The warranty does not cover breakage after delivery or incorrect installation.
Which colours are available?
Our commodes, basins and Orissa pans are available in white and ivory. Ask our team if you need a specific shade for a project.
How do I choose the right size of commode or basin?
Every product page lists the length, width and height in millimetres. Measure the space in your bathroom and compare it with the product size, or send us your measurements on WhatsApp and we will suggest suitable models.
Do you supply bulk orders for builders and contractors?
Yes. We handle bulk and project orders. Send us your list of products and quantities through the Quote List or WhatsApp and we will prepare a quote for the full project.
Can I visit the showroom before ordering?
